The story of JFI is that of a company that, from humble beginnings, has evolved to meet the growing needs of its customers. Founded as a simple commercial establishment selling local products, JFI has gradually diversified its activities, establishing itself in China, Dubai and Turkey, as well as other countries to facilitate the purchases of large traders. Faced with the challenges of transit, JFI EXPRESS continues to reinvent itself, covering the whole of Cameroon with complete and adapted logistics solutions.
2000 - 2006
JFI has grown significantly since its humble beginnings. Between 2000 and 2006, it operated under the name ETS JF (Joe & Friends), focusing on selling local (i.e. CAMEROON) products such as clothing, backpacks, handbags, travel bags, and other products of the surrounding nature in the markets. It was then just a simple commercial structure.
2006 - 2012
Mr. Joe, CEO today and the project leader since always, settled in China, continuing the activity under the name of ETS JF International Trade. At that time, the company facilitated purchases in China for Cameroonian traders and began to create a network in other African countries, offering services for finding reliable suppliers and direct purchasing in China. It was during this period that the idea of developing a transit branch was born, to address the problem of transporting goods. This is the beginning of JOE CARGO Properly!
2013 - 2018
At this stage, the company managed the purchase and routing of packages to their final destinations (MCO ACCOMPANIED BAGGAGE), which earned it the nickname JOE CARGO, given by its customers. This trade name became synonymous with reliability in the field of services. The company continued to develop its commercial relations across other countries
2018 - present day
Finally, from 2018 to 2024, JFI evolved into a Limited Liability Company to better structure its services and meet the growing needs of the market. And it was by noting the incompleteness of its services that the company deployed its activities throughout the country and launched JFI Express, a postal courier and land transport service, to better cover the needs of its customers in Cameroon. In the interval 2019 - 2021, the company began to mature its establishment in other African countries such as Gabon, Ivory Coast, and Congo Brazzaville, to finally extend its horizons of action in Turkey and Dubai from the beginning of 2022. Today JF International Trade Sarl offers 4 services namely: Air freight, Sea freight, postal courier, Arrangements & removals.
